But we’re not stupid either. Sometimes it’s just not in your schedule to make regular classes. So if you can’t, what are your other options for getting in some training time?
Well, seminars are the perfect answer.
The great thing about seminars is how quickly you’ll become capable of using the new skills you learn. And not just capable, but confident.
You see, our martial arts and self defense seminars are super-focused on specific material. That means you’ll practice the material over and over in a short time span. By performing the skills in various drills, one after the other, you start making them automatic in a short amount of time.
And since our seminars are built to stand alone, it doesn’t matter if you can’t– or don’t want to– come to every one. Since they’re all “self-contained,” so to speak, you learn everything you need within one class. Not just the skills either. We’ll also show you the best ways to practice on your own so you can sharpen your new skills even more.
So whether you’re in Waynesville, Canton, Asheville, or somewhere in between, it’s an easy way to get your training started.

Seminars are super for beginners...
but they're also a terrific way for experienced students to cross-train.
Beginners are always welcome at our seminars. In fact, that’s why we started offering them. We craft every seminar so you could walk in off the street and feel right at home, even if you’ve never trained a day in your life.
And it doesn’t matter what kind of shape you’re in either. No need to be a fitness master here. We’ve had folks of all fitness levels, and all ages, complete our seminars.
But what if you’re not a beginner?
The thing is, over time we’ve noticed our seminars attract more experienced martial artists and self defense students as well. Why?
Well, like any good student, they’re knowledge seekers. And long gone are the days where teachers forbade students training elsewhere out of fear of revealing their system’s secrets.
Some trained in the past and are looking for a new style to study. Others train in their favorite system during the week, but see cross-training as a chance to enhance their skills, push themselves out of their comfort zone, and learn something new.
